I don't know about other people but it is often hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I heard about this product on "Duke and the Doctor" and decided to give it a try.
Halleluyah! It works! I get tired and go to sleep more easily on the nights I take it, and can better return to sleep in the middle of the night if I do awaken.
I don't always take it, if I am very tired already. SOLUS isn't habit forming.
When I wake up in the morning, after taking it, I may feel a little groggy the first few seconds, but after I wash my face, I am ready to go.
I will definitely keep this product by my bed!

This product gave me VERY VIVID dreams some bordering on nightmares. I stopped using it!

This product is the BEST for helping one sleep and is non habit forming. One wakes vibrant and ready for the morning! My multi-disabled son uses it with great success. What a great product!!!

I love this product. I usually use it when I know I'm going to have a hard time falling asleep and need a good night sleep. It allows me to fall into a deeper sleep than normal, so I awake feeling more refreshed. I've noticed my dreams are usually more vivid and I can remember them in the morning, which is a good sign to me because that means I must have been in REM sleep.

Solus has been my night time ritual for many moons.
As soon as you go to bed you can feel the days stress leaving your body so that sleep just happens.
The best part of taking Solus is that after getting up during the night, you will fall right back to sleep
again and even continue with the same dreams.
I notice the difference when I don't remember to take it.
Great because it has nothing in it that be habit forming or hurt you.
